Made for your workflow
Organize design references with collections and tags
Bring scattered images, videos, and documents into a local library and build reference collections for each project.
Organize around your projects
Collect color, typography, and photography references for a brand proposal, then keep useful material for the next round of work. Collections group projects; tags help you find material across them.
Get started
- Import the files you need for a project and browse their previews in the library.
- Create collections for projects and add tags for subjects, styles, or uses, so you can find references in more than one way.
- Return to references through search, collections, or smart collections based on rules such as color.
Organize a brand proposal
Try a collection named “Brand proposal” with typography references, color studies and photography. This is an example workflow you can adapt to your own project.
Use a collection for the project
Import the reference files and put the project material in one collection. Browse previews before opening individual files.
Use tags across projects
Add descriptive tags such as “typography” or “texture”. Keep project names in collections and use tags for qualities you will look for again.
Bring references into your work
Find the material through its collection or search. Open a reference beside your notes, or use the Canvas plugin to arrange references spatially.
Before you get started
When should I use a collection or a tag?
Use a collection for a project, such as a brand proposal. Use tags for qualities shared across projects, such as typography, color, or photographic style.
Where are my files stored?
Original files are stored in the local library folder you choose. Tags, collections, and search indexes are managed in a local database.
Do I need an account?
No account is required to organize a local library in Blabla.
